We are one of the oldest groups in York, North Yorkshire, England. We have over 80 years experience of making scouts fun and challenging. Whether you are already in Scouting or you are would like to get involved as a Beaver, Cub, Scout, Leader or Helper, we hope you find this website a valuable source and tool. We are a co-educational group who offer membership to boys and girls. We believe that supporting people to reach their full potential is important, and we do this by offering a balanced programme.

All our Scout Leaders are appointed under the Policy, Organisation and Rules of the Association and are men and women between the ages of 21 and 65 years. Leaders may be appointed from the age of 18. Parents and helpers are a valuable asset to the running of a successful group.
